What is teledermatology?
Teledermatology is a full dermatology, venereology and aesthetic-medicine consultation delivered online: you send your complaint and photos, attend a video consultation, and receive a detailed written treatment plan. Studies show that well-structured teledermatology matches in-person visits in quality for suitable cases.
Who can book a consultation?
The clinic serves Sudanese patients inside Sudan and across the diaspora — Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, Europe, the USA and Australia — as well as patients of other nationalities. All you need is a phone with internet access and WhatsApp or Telegram.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking takes two steps: first send your complaint and photos to the consultations WhatsApp

+249121759784 to complete the arrangements and set your appointment.
How is the medical consultation conducted?
The consultation takes place over Google Meet at the scheduled time; WhatsApp, Telegram or Zoom can also be used. Afterwards you receive a detailed message with the treatment plan, prescription, and preventive and educational instructions.
What is the follow-up policy?
Follow-up appointments are free for two weeks from the main consultation date, then at half price for one month. Post-consultation communication is arranged by booking follow-up appointments through the booking WhatsApp.
Who is the treating doctor?
Dr. Mohammed Qurashi Abbas, specialist in dermatology, venereology and aesthetic medicine with 20 years of experience. Graduate of University of Gezira Faculty of Medicine, trained at the Sudan Medical Specialization Board, holder of an aesthetic-medicine certificate from Queen Mary University of London and an M.Sc. in Computer Science, specialising in AI applications in medicine. He has treated over 10,000 patients through the clinic.
Is the educational content free?
Yes. The library of simplified medical articles and series is free for everyone, indexed and searchable. The content is for health education and does not replace a medical consultation.
